An organization defines the relationship within and between teams that determine the allocation of tasks, responsibilities and authority. Towards this end roles and positions need to be defined, together with the RACI (Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, Informed) along the core processes and activities. Once completed, competences need to be determined for each role and assessed for everyone, to build training and development plans. Also, recruiting highly skilled personnel with a good team fit is a particular and continuous challenge.
