Christian Mahr graduated as a food chemist and subsequently received a Ph.D. from Technical University of Munich in Food Chemistry. He looks back to a career of more than 25 years in international companies like Kraft Jacobs Suchard, Hoechst, Campbell Soup Company and Danone, where he held positions with increasing responsibility in Research & Development and Quality & Food Safety. Prior to founding Qadcon he served as VP Quality & Food Safety in Danone.

With his passion for Quality & Food Safety he has been very active in the Global Food Safety Initiative, as a member of several of their Technical Working Groups (Guidance Document, Global Markets Manufacturing, Food Safety Culture) as well as giving presentations at their Global Food Safety Conference. He brings outstanding knowledge combined with leadership and people skills.
